Peria Duncan

Ms. Duncan has facilitated the development, implementation and monitoring of various behavioral health and criminal and juvenile justice programs in both Florida and Washington State. Peria’s background experience includes the continuum of criminal and juvenile justice from prevention and deflection to corrections and reentry, behavioral health, education, leadership, and diversity and equity. She currently serves as a consultant/SME for various organizations.

Ms. Duncan is the Summit Chair for the 3rd year, a founding member and prior long-serving member of the Executive Board of PTACC (Police, Treatment and Community Collaborative). In addition to that role and being a Co-Convener for the GLEPHA SIG: Deflection and Diversion, Ms. Duncan is a published author, serves on the Addiction Policy Forum Community Advisory Council, and the NCHATS/JCOIN Advisory Board. She holds an MA in Criminal Justice and a one-year certificate in Substance Abuse Studies.
