It is incumbent on individual members to determine their local times of the meeting.
Our AGMs are important for the proper functioning of GLEPHA as elections for the Board of Directors will take place, and this year there is a resolution for some maintenance changes to the GLEPHA Constitution.
If you are unable to participate in the actual meeting, please, complete the Proxy form that is attached to the full Notice. Instructions with respect to deadlines and who can execute the proxy vote on your behalf are included in the notice.
