Not many conferences are honored by the presence of two ex-Presidents. At LEPH2023 they will be Co-LEPH Orators and be part of the opening morning’s proceedings. President Atifete Jahjaga, President of the Republic of Kosovo (2011 – 2016) is also a member of the Council of Women World Leaders. She will be joined by President Aleksander Kwaśniewski, President of the Republic of Poland (1995-2005) and Chair of the Eastern and Central European and Central Asian Commission on Drug Policy (ECECACD).
Their involvement will set the scene for the comprehensive and challenging program that follows.
