Dr. Kutisha EbronAffiliate Faculty, Southern New Hampshire University, US

Dr. Ebron is a dedicated social inclusion and gender justice professional with over 15 years of experience within the United Nations system. She served on the Secretariat for the United Nations Secretary-General’s High-Level Panel on Women’s Economic Empowerment and was a Co-Researcher and Co-Author of the landmark global policy paper, “Women Belonging to Communities Discriminated Against on Work and Descent: Advancing Intersectional Rights and Justice,” launched at the UN High-Level Political Forum in July 2025.

Her extensive global portfolio spans programs addressing ending violence against women, gender equality, women, peace and security, and social and racial integration. Her research explores the intersection of socio-economic justice, equity and inclusion, health disparities, and gender-based violence, emphasizing data-driven and intersectional approaches to systemic change.

Dr. Ebron has held academic appointments as Adjunct/Affiliate Faculty at William Woods University, St. Thomas University, and currently serves as Adjunct Faculty at Southern New Hampshire University. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, while stationed in Cairo, Egypt, she contributed as a COVID-19 Task Force Member, supporting gender-responsive crisis response initiatives.

In addition to her UN experience, Dr. Ebron has served as a Research Fellow with both the Women’s Economic Imperative and Urban Health 360. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Towson University, a Master of Science in Management, and a Ph.D. in Ethical Leadership from St. Thomas University.
