Tracey Price-Allan (Scotland)
    Dr Tracey Price-Allan is a is a senior research and evaluation leader with wide-ranging experience across non-profit, government, and consultancy sectors. She has guided multidisciplinary teams in developing impact measurement frameworks, shaping organisational strategy, and embedding evidence-based approaches into service design, policy development, and public health oriented reform. Her academic foundation is rooted in a PhD that examined the policy and legislative levers capable of creating pathways away from criminalisation and toward health and social care interventions for people who use drugs. Building on this work, Tracey has led research and evaluation initiatives focused on harm reduction, violence prevention, and early intervention, consistently championing trauma-informed practice and inclusive approaches that amplify the voices of those with lived experience.
    Tracey has contributed to national working groups and international partnerships, including co-convening GLEPHA’s international working group dedicated to strengthening diversion and deflection initiatives across multiple countries. She is recognised for her collaborative leadership, values-driven innovation, and ability to translate complex evidence into practical strategies that drive reform and sustainable impact. Through her governance experience and international networks, Tracey brings academic rigour, practical insight, and a commitment to fostering resilience and innovation across diverse sectors, making her a trusted voice in advancing research, policy, and practice.
