Anh is a PhD candidate at UNSW Sydney. Her doctoral research, funded by UNSW and DPMP, evaluates drug policies in Southeast Asia from a rights-based approach. Her research capacity benefits from the fact that she holds a master’s in Applied Criminal Justice and Criminology from Swansea University as a Chevening and Global Wales scholar.
