Andrew Faull

    Andrew Faull is a Senior Researcher with the Justice and Violence Prevention Programme at the Institute for Security Studies (ISS) in South Africa, an Associate at the University of Cape Town’s Centre of Criminology (UCT), and a member of the Law Enforcement Technical Team working to reduce violence in the Western Cape province. His current work focuses on the promotion, generation and use of evidence to improve policing and public safety in South Africa.  Andrew obtained his doctorate from the University of Oxford, has authored various publications on policing, corruption, identity, and related subjects, and previously spent seven years as a reservist in the South African Police Service.
