Gwen Dereymaeker is the Director of the Violence Prevention Unit in the Department of Health and Wellness, Western Cape Government, South Africa. Her passion lies in leveraging relationships, data and evidence to prioritise and implement transversal initiatives to improve the impact of government service delivery. She has extensive experience in the fields of violence prevention, criminal justice, good governance, systems thinking and strategic implementation.
