Andrew is the Public Safety Lead for PwC Middle East. He combines more than 20 years in UK Government with over a decade in consulting, with experience spanning policing and public safety.

His work has included national road‑safety and road‑policing transformation initiatives and the publication of several white papers on road safety and broader public safety topics.

Andrew previously served as Chief Executive for the London Criminal Justice Partnership, and provided interim leadership for the Mayor of London’s Office for Policing and Crime. He has held several Visiting Fellowships in policing and criminal policy, including one in Traffic Safety at Loughborough University.
